Wholesale quotes provided by email, RAQ (Request a Quote), or direct communication may change due to:

  • 5–15 business days for special or custom dice
  • 10–25 business days for large wholesale orders

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders ship from China
  • Most countries use duty-paid (DDP) shipping lanes
  • Some regions may still charge customs or handling fees
  • Shipping delays caused by customs, weather, or couriers are outside our control

    • Payoneer B2B → Payoneer internal transfer / PayPal / order credit / store credit
  • Transfer fees and currency differences are not refundable

Custom dice projects, special molds, engraved items, and personalized designs are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-cancellable once production begins
  • Subject to production timelines based on complexity

8. Wholesale Terms (B2B)

By placing a wholesale order, you acknowledge:

  • Prices depend on quantity, materials, and production schedule
  • Production delays can occur due to material or factory conditions
  • Large shipments may require special logistics arrangements
  • Sample approval serves as confirmation for mass production
  • Refunds/replacements only apply to defective or incorrect items
