- Economy Parcel for Large Wholesale Orders (8–25 business days)
Shipping method is automatically selected based on:
- Destination
- Order weight
- Order value
- Customer preference (wholesale customers may request specific carriers)

4. Processing Time
Most orders are processed within:

5. Why “Buy More, Ship Smarter” — Shipping Is Cheaper in Bulk
International shipping cost is strongly influenced by:
- Base charge per parcel
- Weight tiers (0.5 kg, 1 kg, 2 kg…)
- Dimensional weight
- Fuel & remote area surcharges
This means:
- ✔ The first 1–2 sets are the most expensive (because you pay the base charge)
- ✔ Adding more sets increases the weight — but the cost does NOT rise proportionally
- ✔ Bulk orders benefit from economies of scale
On large B2B orders, per-set shipping cost becomes very low, much lower than Amazon or other retail platforms.
Buying multiple sets is the most cost-efficient way to order internationally.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Most of our international shipments are sent using duty-paid shipping solutions (DDP or tax-included lanes). This allows us to cover import taxes or duties on behalf of the customer whenever possible.
- ✔ In most countries, customers do NOT need to pay customs duties.
We work with logistics partners that include taxes in the shipping fee.
Exceptions
Some regions may still charge import fees depending on:
- Local customs regulations
- Remote area surcharges
- Special item classifications
In these rare cases, the customer is responsible for any additional customs-related charges.

7. Shipping Delays Outside Our Control
Your package may be delayed due to:

- Peak season congestion
These delays do not qualify for refunds, as they are outside our control once the item has shipped.
8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer failed to collect the parcel
- Refusal to pay local customs duties (if applicable)
We can reship the package after the customer pays the reshipping fee.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
9. Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Tracking updates may take 3–7 days to appear, depending on the courier and international transit process.
10. Wholesale Orders (B2B)
Wholesale shipments typically use:
- FedEx / DHL Express (urgent orders)
- Economy Air Freight for cost-efficient bulk deliveries
- Special negotiated lanes for large quantities (weight-based pricing)

11. Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit:
- We will verify with the shipping carrier
- If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund
Lost packages due to incorrect customer address are not eligible for free replacement.
